Tickets were initially advertised through On Camera Audience for the June 15th move-in before being removed from the list, which now only has a wait list for shows starting on June 30th. Double confirming the event last night was Julie Chen herself who shared some behind the scene sneak peeks through her Snapchat account which were captured in the tweet below.
Picking up the routine on roughly a full week’s cycle could possibly mean we get an eviction during the second night of the two-night premiere event next week. Of course that’s only speculation, but it does seem like they must be up to something with the early arrival.
With the expectation that there was an audience last night we might hear some spoilers, but I haven’t seen anything so far. Of course a hotly desired spoiler would be confirmation that we won’t be seeing the awful “fan favorite” Battle of the Block back this season. Keep your fingers crossed.
We also don’t know how the missing four HGs were handled or if they were even part of the taping last night. They might have been introduced then, but it wouldn’t be surprising for Big Brother to hold them back to air in the second episode of the season.
Whatever happened we likely have at least our first Head of Household and the game is underway for Big Brother 18. We won’t get our first look inside the house until the season premiere next Wednesday and won’t get a live view until the Live Feeds launch at 10PM PT on June 23rd.
